What is your cancelation policy?

All sessions are paid for online through the booking site at the time of scheduling.

  • All PAID bookings will be charged a $10.00 cancelation fee, subtracted from the refund, to cover associated fees regardless of the amount of notice given.

  • CANCELATIONS MADE LESS THAN 24 HOURS OF YOUR SCHEDULED SHOOT TIME: If your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time a 50% cancelation fee will be incurred and you will be refunded 50% of your payment within Ten (10) business days. To avoid this fee, read “How to avoid a cancellation fee” below.

  • CANCELATIONS MADE AT THE TIME OF THE SHOOT: All fees paid are considered non-refundable once the photographer arrives at the property. You will be required to book a new shoot and pay in full unless otherwise agreed by Elan Cloe Photography. Terms and Conditions apply.

  • HOW TO AVOID A CANCELLATION FEE - Sometimes things happen last minute (we totally understand!) Instead of canceling your appointment, consider moving the appointment to a later date! Reach out via text to 540-207-8628 with a brief description of the situation and ask if you can reschedule. There is no charge for the first reschedule. Repeated reschedules may incur a fee.

When can I expect my pictures, scans, or video back?

Elan Cloe Photography works hard to get your media back to you as quickly as possible, without sacrificing quality. Here are the turnaround times for our services:

  • Real Estate Photography - We ask for 24-36 hours to get your media back, however current turnaround time is typically by noon the day after your shoot.

  • Other Photography - For events, branding, product photography, architectural photography, commercial work, headshots, portraits, etc. On average, you can expect our photography back within 1-2 weeks, depending on the size of the project. In some cases, the work will need more time, but clients are always welcome to check in to discuss the status of the work by emailing Elan at elan@elancloephotography.com

  • Floor Plans - We ask for 24-36 hours to get your media back, however current turnaround time is typically by noon the day after your shoot.

  • 3D Scans - We ask for 2-3 days to get your media back, however current turnaround time is typically by noon 2 days after your shoot.

    IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING MATTERPORT 3D SCANS:

    3D scans hosted by Matterport are available for 3 months, or until the listing has sold, whichever comes first. This helps us keep our prices low for the majority of your listings! Once the 3D scan has been archived, it can be reactivated for an additional monthly fee.

    To keep scans active for longer than 3 months, an agent can elect to extend their 3D scans for $10 per month, due on the first (1st) of each month following the expiration of their listing. If you have any listings that are being marked for archive, you will receive an email asking if you would like to keep your listing active or let it be archived. If you decide to keep it active, you will receive an invoice for the payment before it’s due on the first of the month.*

    If no election has been made, or there is an outstanding invoice after the first (1st) of the month following your expiration date, one reminder email will be sent requesting immediate attention. All properties not extended will be archived and removed from the SPW ( single property website) by the 3rd of the month following the date of expiration.

    While we understand this may be an inconvenience, it’s needed to keep providing you the services we do at the price point we’re able to achieve.

    NOTE: This policy is subject to change at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without advance notice (though we will always do our best to serve our customers to the best of our abilities, and with their highest wellbeing and needs at the forefront of everything we do.)     *Once a listing scan has been extended for the month, no refunds will be provided, regardless if the listing sells and the scan is archived before the first of the next month.This helps reduce administrative costs of maintaining Matterport as a service available to our customers. Plus, we give our agents a break by allowing a grace period between when a listing expires and when we require an extension, and we hope our clients appreciate and reciprocate this gesture by being understanding of our no-refund-after-extension policy. After all, we’re all here here for the same thing - to sell your listings. Who has time to haggle over $10? We have houses to market!

  • Video - We ask for 3-4 days to get your media back. Our editors need time to edit your video. Once it’s finished, you’ll receive an email with a final cut of your video for approval.

  • Photoshop Edits - These include day-to-dusk edits, virtual staging, virtual decluttering, and item removal. As these edits and their complexity varies, you can expect your media back anywhere from the same day as the request to 3 days from

How do I download all of my images from my gallery in bulk?

Instructions to download in bulk: First, please make sure you're using this email address to have permission for downloading images. Then, find the download link at the top of the page, shown highlighted below.

This will email you a link to download the entire gallery to your computer. You can then choose which images you want to upload to the MLS.

What should I do if I’m not happy with my photos?

If you’re not happy, we need to know! This can happen for all sorts of reasons, but the last thing we want you to do is not to say anything and never hear from you again (which is what happens to most photographers when something like this happens)! If there are ever any concerns -whether you need a file size changed, you don’t like the edits, or even if you don’t like the outfit you chose - please let us know and we’ll work with you to fix it or find a solution!
